Our annual cash operating budget this year is $239,826. Of that total amount, we look to you to raise $48,000 in Mortgage Maker Donations. The remainder of the total cash to be raised – which is $191,826 – will need to come from private donors as we have no ticket sales this year. That cash income will cover costs for building utilities, building maintenance, insurance, City of Fairbanks property taxes, as well as payments to our professional accountant. Owning our wonderful theatre has never been more challenging than this year, as our very large utilities payments, along with other building associated costs, are not supported by ticket income. This cannot be the year of our organizational extinction. We need you more than ever. We hope to be one of the 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) non-profit organizations which survives this terrible, dark year.
